We at Thompson Home Inspections are determined to provide our clients with detailed but easy to follow home inspection reports. That is why we use Homeguage, an online inspection reporting software which makes our report accessible to our customers from anywhere they have a computer with internet access. The report contains factual information concerning the homes current condition with annotated clear colored photos and in some cases live video footage!! The report is available to our customers for up to five years after the date of the inspection and can be referred to at any time. The goal is to assure that you are informed and clearly aware so you can make an educated decision on your most valuable investment.
We Understand Your Time Is Important!
We are clearly aware that during this time period timing is of the essence and we commit to go over and above in providing you with fast and stress free service. After the home inspection has been completed the report is then formulated back at our office. Your report will then be delivered for your retrieval by email within a 24-48 hour time period. Most inspection companies that offer onsite inspection reports have a limited amount of time to compile all of the findings into a comprehensive report, which a lot of times mean the process is rushed. With our services we want to take the time and assure that we include all of the important details without being rushed so that don’t leave out anything!

The Ability to Create Repair/Request List
Our new Create Request List feature makes this process easy for the agent and home buyer! HomeGauge gives our customers and agents the ability to use the inspection report to easily create a Repair Request List for their Addendum or make a Project List. After creating the Repair/Request List, it can be simply added as an attachment to the agent's standard form that they already use.
